In short: WhatSupp gives you AI-generated, informational reports about dietary supplements. Reports are our editorial opinion built from cited sources — not medical advice and not a substitute for your own judgment. Use the service personally and lawfully, and we'll keep it available as-is. Section 14 contains an arbitration agreement and class action waiver with a 30-day opt-out.

01 Agreement to these Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and WhatSupp, Inc. ("WhatSupp," "we," "us"). They govern your access to and use of the WhatSupp website, mobile applications, and related services (together, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, our Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
02 The service
WhatSupp produces research reports about dietary supplement products. A report may include a letter grade ("SuppScore"), a confidence breakdown, ingredient and evidence summaries, interaction information, price-position data, and alternative products. Reports are generated by artificial-intelligence systems from cited public sources — product labels, certification databases, published research, regulatory records, and our price index — according to our published Methodology.
Reports, grades, and related commentary are our editorial opinion based on the sources cited in each report as of the report's stated date and methodology version. They are statements of assessment, not statements of objective fact about any product or company beyond the cited underlying data.
03 Informational only — not medical advice
The Service provides information for general educational purposes. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and no physician–patient or other professional relationship is created by your use of it. Interaction checks are informational screenings against published literature — they are not clinical advice and may not reflect your individual circumstances.
Statements on the Service about supplement benefits reflect the cited research and have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Supplements are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
04 Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. If you create an account, you are responsible for the accuracy of your registration information, for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly at the contact below of any unauthorized use.
05 Acceptable use
The Service is provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to: (a) scrape, bulk-download, or systematically extract reports, grades, or price-index data; (b) resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute Service content; (c) use the Service to train machine-learning models; (d) misrepresent WhatSupp grades or excerpts, including presenting an outdated report as current; (e) interfere with or circumvent security or rate-limiting measures; (f) use the Service in violation of applicable law; or (g) impersonate any person or entity.
Brief quotation of a report with attribution and a link (for example, in a review or news article) is permitted.
06 Your content and regimen data
You retain ownership of the information you submit to the Service, including product links you paste and the supplements you add to your regimen. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process that information solely to operate the Service for you — for example, to generate the report you requested or run the interaction checks you enabled. Our handling of regimen data, which is health-related personal data, is described in the Privacy Policy and the Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy.
07 Our intellectual property
The Service — including reports, the SuppScore system, the Methodology, our price index, guides, software, and the WhatSupp name and logo — is owned by WhatSupp or its licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the personal-use rights granted in these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.
08 Third-party products and certification marks
Product names, brand names, and trademarks that appear in reports identify the products being evaluated and belong to their respective owners. Certification marks referenced in reports — including NSF, USP Verified, and Informed Sport — are the property of their respective certifying organizations. A reference to a certification describes a product's certification status as reflected in the certifier's public database on the report date; it does not imply any affiliation between the certifier and WhatSupp, or any endorsement of WhatSupp.
WhatSupp is independent: we do not accept payment from supplement brands for grades, placement, or reviews.
09 AI-generated content
Reports are generated by AI systems and are labeled as such. AI-generated content can contain errors, and underlying sources change over time. Each report carries its generation date and methodology version so you can see what it reflects; we may regenerate, correct, or withdraw reports at any time. If you believe a report contains a factual error, you can flag it from the report page or contact us — corrections are handled under the process described in the Methodology.
10 Third-party links
The Service links to third-party sites, including retailer product pages and cited sources. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability, pricing, or practices. A link is provided for reference and does not constitute an endorsement.
11 Disclaimer of warranties
THE SERVICE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT REPORTS ARE ERROR-FREE, COMPLETE, OR CURRENT, OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR SECURE. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
12 Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WHATSUPP AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE — INCLUDING DECISIONS YOU MAKE BASED ON REPORTS, GRADES, OR INTERACTION INFORMATION — EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100) OR THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
13 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WhatSupp from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Service, except to the extent caused by our own breach of these Terms.
14 Dispute resolution; arbitration; class waiver
Informal resolution first. Before filing a claim, you and we agree to try to resolve the dispute informally: send a written description of the dispute to the contact in Section 19, and allow 60 days for good-faith discussion.
Arbitration. Any dispute not resolved informally will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court or seek injunctive relief for intellectual-property misuse. The Federal Arbitration Act governs this section.
Class waiver. Disputes will be arbitrated only on an individual basis. Neither party may participate in a class, consolidated, or representative action, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
30-day opt-out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing the contact in Section 19 within 30 days of first accepting these Terms, stating your name, account email, and intent to opt out. Opting out does not affect any other provision of these Terms.
15 Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. For any claim not subject to arbitration, you and we consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware. Nothing in this section limits consumer-protection rights you hold under the laws of your state of residence.
16 Changes to the service or these Terms
We may modify or discontinue parts of the Service at any time. We may update these Terms; if a change is material, we will give notice (for example, by email or an in-product notice) at least 14 days before it takes effect. The "Effective" date above reflects the current version. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance; if you do not agree, stop using the Service and, if you wish, delete your account.
17 Termination
You may stop using the Service or delete your account at any time from Account settings. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or to protect the Service, its users, or third parties. Sections 7, 8, and 11–15 survive termination.
18 General provisions
These Terms, together with the policies they reference, are the entire agreement between you and WhatSupp regarding the Service. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. Notices to you may be given by email to your account address or through the Service.
